Who We Are

Callie Whitwell, COO

Callie Whitwell began her healthcare career in 1996 working in the field of Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation before directing a Hospital Based Community Wellness Center. In 2005 Callie was recruited to start Lifetime Wellness and is one of its founding partners. Her passion for people and love for Wellness helps her lead this company to touch the lives of those served each day. Callie holds her Master’s Degree in the field of Exercise Science with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. Callie loves motivating and leading others with quality being her most regarded value. . Married in 2008, Callie is a devoted mother to her 2 girls, Emerson and Peyton. She is active in her church and enjoys all sports, reading (when she has time) and of course spending time with family and friends. 

Stephen Chee - Director of Employee Wellness

With a desire is to lead by example and provide meaningful motivation for lifestyle change, Stephen joined the Lifetime Wellness team in 2009 and is committed to delivering the highest quality wellness program for the caregiver.  Stephen has a genuine love and compassion for the health and well-being of others. The experience of becoming his father’s personal caregiver instilled and established his life-long servant hood and purpose.
His experience includes a background in consulting, marketing, information technology and more than 10 years of healthcare experience.  Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with education and training from institutions to include the University of Oklahoma, Boston University, The Coopers Clinic and SMU COX School of Business.

Susan McKinney, VP of Operations

Susan McKinney Susan McKinney has more than 10 years of experience in the geriatric healthcare field and has been a part of the Lifetime Wellness team since February 2007. Her compassion and leadership helps direct our teams to provide quality programs for those we serve.

Susan holds her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Administration with an emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist through NCTRC. She also is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT). Susan helps train and educate in the areas of wellness/recreation services, customer service and dementia care. She loves teaching and supporting others to help educate and reach their own personal goals.

She is an active member of the National Association of Activity Professionals (NAAP) and National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners (NCCDP). In addition to her passion for her work, her life is full of family; being a wife and mother of two children and participating in church activities where she volunteers regularly for the Jobs For Life program.

Robin Gill - Regional Wellness Director

Robin Gill has 20 years of experience in the wellness industry working in fitness management. She is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Exercise Science & Sports Studies. In addition to her college education and years of experience, Robin has been certified as an NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Group Exercise Instructor, Arthritis Foundation PACE Instructor and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
Robin has been a guest speaker for Rutgers University’s Foundation of Exercise Science course, consulted in the creation of Cabrini College’s Exercise Science & Health Promotion’s curriculum and contributed to the achievement an IHRSA Nova7 award for integrated clinical exercise programming.
Joining Lifetime Wellness as a Regional Wellness Director, Robin is able to apply her dedication for program integration, staff development, management and operations with her passion for health education, fitness and wellness to the geriatric population.
In her free time, Robin enjoys the outdoors, reading, crafting and spending time with her husband, Dave, and their two daughters, Emily and Chloe.
